Geauga Lake Amusement Park started in 1887 as a camping and fishing park. In 1888 the park added its first ride. In 1925 the park built its first rollercoaster. In 2000 Geauga Lake Amusement Park becomes Six Flags Worlds of Adventure. In 2004 Ceader Fair L.P. (Owner of Ceder Point) purchases Six Flags Worlds of Adventure and changes the name back to Geauga Lake Amusement Park. For 2006 Geauga Lake Amusement Park is undergoing a six acer expansion. Today, with over 50 rides and attractions, Geauga Lake & Wildwater Kingdom offers something for everyone!
